I haven't had a 7 song CD to fully record, mix and edit in a while, and it reminded me that I need to pace myself when it comes to larger projects like this. It's like eating ice cream and drinking soda. When you've finished a large bowl of ice cream, and you go to sip some soda, the soda is almost tasteless. And the only way around that is to give yourself a break and come back when you're rested and fresh!
