I found Glenn on Kijiji when I was looking for a reasonably priced studio to record my girlfriend's favorite songs at as part of a Christmas gift to her. I am a student and have never recorded myself singing before, and am in general a very nervous person about most things so naturally this project made me quite anxious. Glenn, however, was very patient with me, did not rush me or pressure me, and was comforting and encouraging, despite the amazing price he gave me on so many hours of his time and work. Also, let's not forget that he worked so quickly and efficiently over Christmas so that my gift would be ready right on time for Christmas Day (I had only originally contacted him a few days before Christmas)!! He was extremely professional and knows exactly what he is doing, and did all he could to ensure that the recordings sounded exactly as I wanted them to. Glenn even, at an unbelievably minimal cost, added in extra recording sessions at my request just to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the tracks. And when I tried to pay him extra because I felt like I had ripped him off and that he deserved to be paid more, he refused to take my money!
I have no previous experience with singing or recording, but the tracks that Glenn put together actually sound great! The editing and mixing sound very natural, and he did an overall amazing job!
My girlfriend loved the gift, and I greatly enjoyed the experience as well. Hopefully I will have a chance to use boomboxproductions again in the future
